1980s Frank Usher party dress with a fabulous sparkling, blouson shape top half with a contrast plain black straight cut skirt. The sleeves are dolman shape, long and cuffed and it has a fitted zip up lining.
 
The back fastens with black facet buttons and the skirt has plenty of stretch.
